Products are offered on a short-term and long-term basis on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Clients may rent equipment, and there was no capital outlay required for corporate projects, exhibitions, conferences, presentations, corporate events, online and off-line training programmes, or other office tasks. With setup & solutions, Rivotta is a one-stop shop for multi-brand equipment rentals. Minimum one Month.

Yes, you need to submit a deposit for renting any item. You don't need to submit any deposit if the tenure for your subscription is 6 months or higher and rental is advance payment. Discretion lies with management.

You have three options when your subscription tenure is over: Option 1: Renew your subscription for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at discounted rental. Option 2: Inform the team about ending your subscription and raise a request for item pick-up. Option 2: In case your rental period is 3 year or more than after 3 year you can keep the product as your asset by paying only 3 month’s rent extra.

Yes, if you damage a product in any way, you'll have to pay the damage charges. We offer minor repair services free of cost. But in case of major damage, the Customer has to pay for damage repair.

To confirm your order and complete the onboarding process, you need to submit these documents:
LinkedIn profile/Bank statement/salary slip/Aadhar card copy/Certificate of Incorporation/Pan Card
Proof of current address & Permanent address in both the cases for self-use or for business use.
Our team can ask you to submit some other documents depending on your subscription. Rivotta reserves the right to accept or reject your order based on documents verification.
Please note we do not deliver in P.G., Hostel and Hotel addresses.
